Can Water-Soluble CBD Help Me with the Strains of Social Distancing?

When was the last time you asked someone how they were doing, and they said they were fine? We all have unique challenges that we are facing. We get it; our team here at NanoSoluble CBD is no exception. It doesn’t matter where you live, what you do or who you are sharing these difficult days with, everyone is feeling the strain of staying home and staying safe.

The internet is awash in virtual museum tours, online classes, home concerts, how-to videos and fun activities to help you pass the time. (The challenge the Getty museum put out to recreate famous artworks using household items is one of our favorites!).  We’d like to think that our water-soluble CBD oil may be help to you, too.

How Can CBD-Based Products Make Social Distancing Easier?

According to U.S. News, “Anecdotal evidence abounds for CBD and decreased anxiety, but scientific research remains limited. Up until recently, because of the federal regulations around CBD usage, research had been difficult to do. The research that does exist on CBD for anxiety use was either done on animals or with small groups of people. From what we know, there seems to be evidence that CBD has a calming effect in the central nervous system.”

There are lots of things you can do to ease the anxiety that may be troubling you during this difficult time. Some find meditation or yoga to be helpful. If you’re in an area where you can get outside and get some exercise, that’s a big plus.

Carlene Thomas RDN, a dietitian and the author of “CBD Drinks for Health,” told US News “Of all the wellness tools in my toolbox, CBD oil has been the best addition to my life for anxiety.”

Thomas went on to say, “It worked immediately, effectively and effortlessly in a way that adaptogens and years of meditation hadn’t.”

If you have questions about CBD-based products like NanoSoluble CBD, please let us know. We are social distancing, too, but we would be happy to help you, if we can.
